It is a necessary requirement for the acquisition of the services offered on this site, that you read and accept the following Terms and Conditions that are written below. The use of our services will imply that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions in this document. All the services offered will be necessary for registration by the user (and in cases sub-users) with the entry of reliable personal data, which will be linked to the email account that the user will provide and confirm.

Once the user has completed his/hers registration, a user profile confirmation email will be automatically generated by our system, once confirmed he/she will receive via electronic correspondence a welcome message with the rules of participation during the program accompanied by an encrypted token. The user will be provided by British Virgin Islands Ports Authority a smartphone with the BVIpass application already downloaded, once he/she receives the electronic device they must insert their personal token into the system and all of their information will be uploaded to the system automatically. BVIpass participants must authenticate their geolocation by uploading a picture on the AUTHENTICATE section of the mobile phone application. A help desk and panic button is available to the participants 24/7 and they must register their health symptoms two (2) times a day.

LICENSE
BVIpass through its website grants a license for users to use the products and / or services provided on this website in accordance with the Terms and Conditions described in this document. In the event that the user is a minor and / or a third age, the processes must be completed by a person responsible for the user, who is the user's parent, family member and / or guardian.

UNAUTHORIZED USE
If applicable, you may not place one of our products, modified or unmodified, on a website, social media or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind.

PROPERTY
You cannot declare intellectual or exclusive property to any of our products and / or services, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of the content providers. Unless otherwise specified, our products and / or services are provided without any type of warranty, express or implied. In no event will this company be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses resulting from the use or inability to use our products and / or services.

REFUND AND GUARANTEE POLICY
In the case our products and / or services are irrevocable non-tangible purchases, we do not make refunds after the electronic confirmation of the product and / or service is sent, you have the responsibility to understand before making the purchase of these. We ask you to read carefully before purchasing our products and / or services. We only make exceptions with this rule when the client for some reason or another loses the date of use of their products and / or services, sending our help desk communication and confirmation of their next date of use of the products and / or services. ANTI-FRAUD CHECK
The customer's purchase can be postponed for anti-fraud verification. It can also be suspended for a longer time for a more rigorous investigation, to avoid fraudulent transactions.

DATA PRIVACY
BVIpass guarantees that the personal information you send has the necessary security. The data entered by the user or in the case of requiring a validation of the results will not be delivered to third parties, unless it must be disclosed in compliance with a court order or legal requirements.

The subscription of the services and / or products purchased will expire 15 days after entering the BVIpass program on he British Virgin Islands. Participants can be only removed by local authorities once removed it is our company’s responsibility to provide participantes via email the following options:

  • Do you want to immediately delete all your data on the services and / or products purchased,
  • Do you want it to be deleted immediately and a copy of all your data on the services and / or products purchased sent to you,
  • Failure to respond to the previous two options will automatically allow the total elimination of your data in the services and / or products purchased, 48 hours after the email that provides the user with the options.

BVIpas complies with the GDPR data privacy standards at all times of the use of the products and / or services acquired by the user or sub-users.

BVIpass reserves the rights to change or modify these terms without prior notice.
